Used to determine the moisture content at which clay soil pass from a plastic yo liquid state. AS PER IS:1448 & 1203, IP 49,50, 167, it is also used for testing greases, bitumen pitch etc.

Sturdy cast iron base, with levelling legs at the bottom to adjust. Supplied
