VICAT NEEDLE APPARATUS

Description: “TIC” VICAT NEEDLE APPARATUS 

The apparatus consists of a metal frame with sliding rod. An adjustable indicator moves over a graduated scale. The needle is attached to the bottom of the rod. As per ISS for normal consistency & setting Time of Cement.
