Description: APPLICATIONS :It is used in various fields like Research Institutes, Testing Labs, Universities. etc.. for heating of tubes.Lab Heating tapes are used to uniformly heat various glass/Quartz tubes, and gives accurate and easy to use heating solution, a lab heating Tape is a good option for pre heating of various gas or liquid flowing samples.

TIC Heating Tapes are made of flexible fabric, for heating maximum up to 300C, and can go higher depending on the insulation provided. The Heating element inside the tapes are insulated using glass fiber cloth, We can connect these mantles to Control boxes with pt-100 sensor or Voltage Variac, or any other power control device.

There are Different Types of Control boxes like :

* With Basic PID controller, or West Make Controller with 4 programm x 16steps each or Eurotherm controller.Control box comes complete with pt-100 sensor, 5 amps Socket, and a two pin connector, housed in a MS Powder coated box. Max. Load 1KW.
