Cylindrical Triple Walled, Three chamber body Jacketed Model with microprocessor based PID controller and Timer. Completely Inner and outer made of Stainless steel 304 Grade, with High grade glass wool with a gap of 50mm thickness, to withstand maximum Temperature 150° C. Flanged Type Immersion Heaters and Neoprene rubber gasket, tightened by radial locking system. Boiler is Provided with pressure gauge, plug screen, non-return valve,
steam strap, safety valve, release valve, water level indicator, indicating lamp of operation. Fitted with vacuum breaker to break the vacuum in case of formation due to steam condensation. Two valves are provide for steam release from the Boiler to chamber.
Operating Pressure : 20psi (Adjustable)
Temperature Range : 10 °C above ambient to 150°C., Acc. : ± 2°C.
